Special features of the services and courses

All courses and services offered by the company are free of charge. The costs are covered by the job center or the employment agency. By activating the AVGS (activation and placement voucher), you can take advantage of these courses at no cost to yourself.

The German government provides this support to accelerate integration into society, help people find their social standing and achieve independence. For eligible people, all costs are covered by state institutions.

Why are our services free of charge?

Our services are free of charge for eligible applicants, as the AVGS voucher is activated by the employment agency or job center, which then covers the costs.


What is AVGS?

AVGS (Activation and Placement Voucher) is a voucher issued by the job center or employment agency. It helps jobseekers to cover the costs of training and career counseling free of charge, as the expenses are covered by the government.


Our services and courses

1. career counseling (career coaching)

– Presence in Berlin and online throughout Germany
– Suitable for people who are supported by the job center or registered with the employment agency

Course content:
– Advice on careers, education and training
– Support with learning German, including private lessons
– Recognition and equivalence assessment of qualifications
– Support with writing CVs and job applications
– Help with administrative tasks
– Advice on setting up a business
– Facilitating integration into German society


2. preparation for German exams (exam preparation)

– Presence in Berlin and online throughout Germany
– Suitable for people with a language level above A2 who are supported by the job center and registered with the employment agency

Course content:
– Intensive two-month course
– One-to-one or two-to-one tuition
– Preparation for exams from B1 to C1
– Focus on exam-relevant skills


3. Social counseling (social coaching)

– Presence in Berlin and online throughout Germany
– Suitable for people with a language level below B1 who are supported by the Jobcenter

Course content:
– Social support
– Help with administrative and social tasks
– Support with everyday challenges


Who can use our free services?

  1. People who are supported by the Jobcenter:
    – People with a customer number (BG number or customer number) from the Jobcenter
  2. People who are registered with the employment agency:
    This includes:
    – Holders of family reunification visas
    – People with social support and a work permit
    – Students or graduates in their final semester
    – Trainees in the final semester of their training
    – Unemployed and jobseekers

How to register with the employment agency

If you meet the requirements but have not yet registered with the Employment Agency, follow these steps:

  1. Find the nearest employment agency:
    Use Google Maps to find the nearest office to your home.
  2. Visit the agency in person:
    Bring the following documents with you:
    – ID card
    – Proof of residence (registration certificate)
    – Curriculum vitae and educational certificates
  3. Register:
    Register as a jobseeker(unemployed / looking for work) and register.
  4. Receive your customer number:
    After registration, you will receive a customer number(customer number) to contact us.

Steps for registering and using our services

  1. Contact our team:
    Contact us via one of the following methods to receive the registration link:

  2. Fill out the registration link:
    Fill out the initial consultation protocol(initial consultation protocol).
  3. Receive an email from us:
    You will receive an email from us with a quote(offer).
  4. Send the offer to the job center or employment agency:
    Submit the offer by e-mail, post or in person.

    Note:
    Bring a printed version with you and, if possible, make an appointment for a personal meeting.
  5. Convince the job center or employment agency:
    Explain at the appointment why you need these courses.
  6. Receive the AVGS voucher:
    After approval, you will receive the AVGS voucher.
  7. Contact our team again:
    Send us the voucher via WhatsApp or bring it to us in person.
  8. Plan the start of the course:
    Our team will organize the start of the course.
  9. Follow up on the agency’s response:
    If you do not receive a response within 2-3 weeks, contact the agency.
  10. Coordinate personal appointments:
    Coordinate with our team to be better prepared.
